Thursday, July 09, 2009

A 10th DUI could force a Glassport man to spend more than 11 years in prison.

John C. Joseph, 54, pleaded guilty to his ninth and 10th DUIs in April, after arrests last year while his license was suspended. He was sentenced yesterday by Common Pleas Judge David R. Cashman to serve from 5 years 71?2 months to 11 years 3 months in prison.

Mr. Joseph's fines added up to $7,500.
